CORONA VIRUS PROVISIONS

DEAR VALUED CLIENTS,


THIS PAGE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH OUR PROCEDURES AND PROVISIONS DURING THE PANDEMIC IS IN EFFECT IN THE UNITED STATES.


A.  REGARDING PAYMENT:


PAYMENT IS STILL EXPECTED IN FULL ON YOUR CONTRACT UNLESS YOU


HAVE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING:


  1.  A LAYOFF NOTICE FROM YOUR EMPLOYER, OR A LEGAL

       DECLARATION THAT YOU AND YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS NO INCOME

       WHAT-SO-EVER EVER TO PAY YOUR MONTHLY AGREEMENT.


       NOTE:  WE BASED YOUR ABIILITY TO PAY ON YOUR  HOUSEHOLD

       INCOME OF ALL PERSONS LIVING IN THE UNIT  IN WHICH WE ARE

       SERVING.


                       

                                             B.  PARTIAL PAYMENT


   2.  PARTIAL PAYMENT MAY BE MADE ONLY TO THE EXTENT YOU

        ARE UNABLE TO PAY AND HAVE COMPLIED WITH #1 ABOVE.

        OTHERWISE WE ARE EXPECTING FULLY PAYMENT.



                                            C.   CLOSURE OF TICKETS


  3.    IF IN THE EVENT YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT TIMELY MADE WE WILL

         PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR TICKET.  


                                            D.  REOPENING TICKETS


 4.    IN THE EVENT YOUR TICKET IS REOPENED YOU WILL BE CHARGED

        THE FULL PRICE OF INITIATING THE CONTRACT, PLUS ANY FEES

         THAT WERE PENDING BEFORE YOUR TICKET WAS CLOSED.


 

          NOTE:  WE DONOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL ACCEPT ANY

                       NEW CONTRACT WITH YOU SINCE NEW CLIENTS ARE

                       BEING ADDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
